We loved absolutely everything about our stay at Lake View Staycations. From the communication beforehand to the lovely little touches, Jan and Steve were thoughtful hosts. The lodge was well equipped with everything we needed, from TV and internet to Netflix. The peaceful location overlooking the fishing lakes was perfect. The kids enjoyed the play area and the pool on the main site. The owners even made our sons' birthday extra special with treats and balloons. We can't recommend this place highly enough, especially for those wanting to be close to the beach.
We felt well taken care of, without anything being too much trouble.

I had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful lakes and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. This staycation was truly a relaxing and enjoyable experience as a woman traveling alone.
I did find the main bed mattress to be a bit uncomfortable, but I understand that personal preference plays a role here.

The location of the accommodation was excellent, being just off the motorway and offering a nice and quiet setting. It was also great to meet the owner who was on site and very welcoming. The caravan itself was lovely and clean, with little extras provided for my dog. I especially enjoyed sitting out on the decking, adding to the overall relaxation of the stay.
The main bed mattress was not very comfortable for me as I have hip issues and prefer memory foam type mattresses. it would have been helpful if it was clearly stated in the accommodation description that the bar/restaurant was located on another site, as we initially expected it to be on site.
